Important Announcement

Dear Patient,

Over the past 7 years, I have greatly valued the opportunity to provide dental care to the city of Houston and, more recently, through Smile Club Dentistry and Orthodontics. This is a privilege that my staff and I have not taken lightly and for which we earnestly thank you. Thus, it is with mixed emotions that I announce my departure from Smile Club Dentistry. I have come to this difficult decision over the past several months and it is time for me to return home to Florida to be closer to my family. I have earnestly sought to find a qualified dentist who could continue to deliver the same level of quality dental treatment and patient care to which you have grown accustomed over these past 4 years.

As a result of an extensive search, I am pleased to introduce Dr. Philip Onyirimba, DDS who will assume responsibility for my practice as of October 6th, 2023.

Dr. Onyirimba received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University- Baylor College of Dentistry in 2016 and, subsequent to graduation, Dr. Onyirimba completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Since then, Dr. Onyirimba has practiced dentistry in both the public and private sectors treating patients of all ages (infancy to geriatrics) in New Mexico. Dr. Onyirimba is extensively trained and certified in all aspects of general dentistry, including advanced endodontics, implant surgery, and cosmetics. Dr. Onyirimba and his growing family are returning to his hometown, Cypress/Houston, where he is eager to be closer to loved ones and serve his community with the same passion and expertise that has defined his career. Dr. Onyirimba’s dedication to dentistry, coupled with his extensive training and experience, ensures that you will continue to receive high-quality dental care. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to meet you and your family members and looks forward to providing exceptional dental services. While I will remain in the office for the next month to assist Dr. Onyirimba during the transition period, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with him to discuss your specific dental needs. Rest assured that Dr. Onyirimba will have access to your records and the ability to consult with me if required. He stands ready to complete any recommended procedures or address any questions you may have.
