We understand that this temporary closure may be inconvenient, and we sincerely
apologize for any disruption. Our representatives will remain available Monday
through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to assist with:

● Pending treatment and treatment plans
● Active orthodontic cases
● Future appointments
● Patient records
● Account and billing questions
● Insurance-related questions
● Continuity-of-care concerns

Please call us at 832-941-4010. Extended evening and weekend telephone hours will not be available during the relocation period.

We are working with participating insurance carriers to update our practice
information. Because network participation and benefits are determined by each
insurance plan and carrier, patients should verify coverage and network
participation directly with their insurance carrier before receiving treatment at the
new location.

If you have an urgent dental concern during the temporary closure, please call
our office for assistance during telephone hours. If immediate attention is
required and our office is unavailable, please seek care from an available dental
provider. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency
room.

We appreciate your patience, loyalty, and continued trust. We cannot wait to
welcome you to our new home!
